These programs last anywhere from six months to two years, and the type of work you do in such a program varies widely depending on department.
You’ll need a bachelor’s degree in a related field to enter most leadership development programs. While leadership development programs are designed for new graduates, experience gained through internships and part-time jobs will strengthen your application.
