Our year end recapping continues! In case you missed them, here are Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 1 of non-profits and Part 2 of non-profits of our end of the year recap.
Party City: Although Accounting and Payroll may not sound like a party to most, these are the only opportunities available with Party City right now.
Christie’s: There’s one Administrator/Sale Coordinator in the Interiors Auction Division available.
Pella: There’s one Department Manger job that is identified as being part of their College Recruiting efforts, but other than that there’s not much.
Dynamic Network Services: They have some jobs for the techies – Customer Support Technician, Systems Administrator, and UI Designer and Developer.
ShoeMoney Media Group: They don’t appear to be hiring right now.
FreshDirect: There’s one Inside Sales job, but everything else looks pretty stale.
Crocs: Crocs’ Careers page is broken, which means that you get an error whenever you try to look at a job description.
CNET Networks: CNET has jobs in Sales (Account Coordinator) and Software Development for new grads.
AVP: It doesn’t look like the AVP has updated their job listings in a while.
Equinox: Equinox has a ton of jobs all over the country.
Twitter: Although Twitter’s jobs aren’t what most would consider entry level, they’re worth a look because of how exciting of a company Twitter is right now.
Trendstop: Trendstop has moved their Jobs page, but you won’t find any real entry level jobs there. On the other hand, if you want to be a Reseller or a Freelance Trend Spotter, then give it a look.
Intelligent Optical Systems: No job listings – just an e-mail address to send your resume to.
Aspen Environmental Group: Aspen Environmental Group is currently looking for a GIS Specialist, Energy Analyst, and Environmental Planner/Scientist.
The Landers Group: Don’t even waste your time on an interview with them.
Weber-Stephen: Unfortunately the job of Grill Master in Chief is taken, but if you want to work in Customer Service, they might have something for you.
Viget Labs: Viget has one Front End Developer job available that might be suitable for a new grad, although they want someone with 2 years of post-grad work experience.
RepNation: I can’t seem to find RepNation’s Jobs page anymore.
Zappos.com: Zappos recently went through some layoffs, but they still seem to be hiring on the Software Development side.
Astadia: There don’t appear to be any entry level jobs with Astadia right now, but they do accept applications for unlisted positions.
Corporate Ink Public Relations: Corporate Ink is small, and it doesn’t look like they’re hiring right now, but you can still send them a note to see if there might be mutual interest.
Armstrong White: They look like a really cool company to work for, but they’re not hiring. They do have an “always interested in” section for people with certain skillsets.
JiWire: JiWire isn’t hiring right now.
CastTV: They have one opening for a Software Engineer. That’s it.
Hello: Hello is not saying goodbye to job seekers during the downturn. They have a number of job openings for those of you with web development or design skills.
Clear: Guess you won’t be in the Clear, because they’re not hiring right now.
Epocrates: There are 7 jobs available with Epocrates right now, but none of them look to be right for new college grads.
Fli Digital: They’re looking for Web Developers and iPhone Developers.
MindShare: They have Associate level jobs in Exchange Planning, National TV, Digital, Finance. They look like great opportunities for new grads.
Ziba Design: The jobs posted on Ziba’s site look pretty stale, and they’re not entry level anyway.
The fun continues tomorrow!
